Digital Product Nature
All products sold by Digiezy are digital crochet patterns delivered electronically. We do not sell physical items. Due to the digital nature of our products:
- Digital patterns are delivered instantly via email download links
- Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense
- Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be “un-downloaded”
No-Refund Policy for Downloaded Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the pattern has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds for patterns that have already been downloaded because:
- Digital products cannot be returned
- Once downloaded, we cannot verify that copies of the file have been deleted
- The product has been delivered as described
Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

1. Download Issues
If you have purchased a pattern but are unable to download it due to technical issues on our end, please contact us at contact@digiezy.com within 7 days of purchase. We will either:
- Resolve the technical issue so you can download your purchase
2. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, please contact us at contact@digiezy.com within 7 days of the duplicate purchase with proof of both transactions. We may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Pattern
If you received a pattern different from what was described on our website, please contact us at contact@digiezy.com within 7 days of purchase with details of the discrepancy. We will either:
- Provide you with the correct pattern, or
- Issue a full refund if we cannot provide the correct pattern
